Renu Johri, President
Renu Johri is the founder and President of Integral Consulting Services, Inc. and oversees the company’s business and financial affairs. She has led the company since its founding in 1998 as an IT recruiting firm, managing its transition to a full IT solutions company specializing in biometrics and advanced IT systems. Under her leadership, Integral has expanded to include 8(a) Certification, CMMI Level 2 Certification, CA, Inc.’s Preferred Partnership, Microsoft Certified Partnership and has earned several awards from Federal agencies. As an entrepreneur, Renu believes in the development of market solutions and works with customers to create customized solutions, thus building on Integral’s commitment to exceed expectations. Renu received her M.S. degree from Rohilkhand University in India and her MBA from the University of Maryland University College. She has pursued advanced education in Information Technology, eBusiness, and business operations.

Abhai Johri, Executive Vice President
Abhai Johri heads business operations and technology at Integral, where he is responsible for the creation, communication and implementation of Integral’s technical and corporate vision and strategy. Abhai also oversees all Integral technology investments. In his work, Abhai draws on his technical expertise in biometrics technologies, enterprise architecture, software development and system integration. During his 27-year career in information technology, Abhai has received numerous awards for technical and management excellence and holds five U.S. patents on computer and network security and complex display techniques. At Integral, he focuses on building and managing IT businesses and complex projects for federal and commercial clients. In his early career, Abhai received the IBM Chairman's Plateau Award, IBM Outstanding Contribution Awards, and Bell Labs Project Excellence Award, among other honors. Abhai was a member of a small IBM team that started IBM India, which now has more than 50,000 employees. He was the General Manager of IBM India responsible for establishing and growing the IT Professional Services for global clients. He is a co-author of a book on Business Innovation, has published 22 technical papers in international journals, and spoken at various conferences. He received his M.S. degree in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and B.S. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology,

Gary Shumaker, Senior Vice President, Business Planning and Strategy
Gary Shumaker focuses on business strategy and planning as well as capture for specific opportunities. He has a broad range of technical, management, business development and proposal experience, including a 20-year career as a military officer. He has helped develop winning strategies that resulted in Integral winning several Federal contracts and awards. He has written, managed and reviewed proposals for contactors of all sizes, and recently assisted a major contractor secure a winning proposal for work valued in excess of $500 million. Prior to joining Integral, Gary was the chief operating officer of Access System, Inc., overseeing its rapid expansion. Prior to that, he was chief operating officer of Multimax, a successful 8(a) company, which grew at an average annual rate of 25% during his tenure. He was also a business development executive for Signal Corp., a firm that grew so rapidly it voluntarily exited the 8(a) program early and was subsequently sold for $225 million. Gary holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a master’s degree in Telecommunications, both from Michigan State University.

Frank Scudder, Senior Vice President
Frank Scudder, who leads Business Development for Integral, brings more than 20 years of expertise in leadership roles in IT and communications services, business applications and government technology to his role of building relationships with Integral’s partners and clients. His responsibilities include Integral’s contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and Defense Department, among other Federal agencies. Frank played a key role in several recent major awards for Integral in biometrics and professional services. Frank’s experience includes successful projects in Identity Solutions, Integrated System and IT Infrastructure Management, and Application Development. Prior to joining Integral, Frank was a senior executive at AC Technology, Inc., where he was involved with biometric solutions implementation. He was the founder of the I-Group, a management consulting firm specializing in business development and strategic partnering. Frank has also held senior management positions at QWEST Communications, General Electric and CompuServe. He made major contributions to the successful start-ups at CompuServe and GEnie, guiding them to become number one and two in the pioneering online services industry. Frank has a B.A. degree from Ohio State University and studied for a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Xavier University.

Pradip Ramani, Practice Leader, Enterprise IT Management
Pradip Ramani brings excellent project management and technical delivery skills to Integral, where he focuses on the development of overall Enterprise IT management. His IT background includes services for Electronic Data Systems, SaraLee Corporation, International Paper, Sykes, and Time Warner. Pradip has handled such diverse tasks as architecting, consulting, implementing, designing and testing of IT infrastructure & service management solutions. He has also developed expertise in databases and operating systems. The Florida Department of Transportation’s Florida Turnpike Enterprise recognized Pradip for his understanding of the local and state agencies environment. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Mumbai University in India and Master's in Electronics Engineering from La Trobe University in Australia. Pradip is currently pursuing an MBA degree from University of South Florida.

Kim Amster, Director of Sales
Kim Amster manages the Commercial and Contracts side of Integrals Professional Services Division, and she brings more than 15 years of experience in sales and management in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Integral, Kim owned and operated an award winning technology integration firm in Charlotte, NC where she leveraged her passion for technology with her desire to exceed expectations. She has successfully utilized her customer focused approach in the data storage, restaurant, event planning, fashion, and technology arenas. Her role focuses on the development of commercial clients and she works diligently to fully understand each client’s specific needs and works to fulfill those needs with urgency. She received her B.S. degree in Environmental Resource Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
