Renu Johri, Executive Chair, Board of Directors

Renu founded Integral Consulting Services in 1998 and continues to oversee the company’s business and operations. Renu’s leadership has driven the award-winning company through a transformation from an IT recruiting firm to a full-service IT solutions and professional services company specializing in multimodal biometrics, identity intelligence, cybersecurity, and application development. Renu’s entrepreneurial vision guides Integral in its commitment to exceeding expectations, especially in creating custom solutions for clients in the evolving market. Renu earned her M.S. degree from India’s Rohilkhand University and her M.B.A. from the University of Maryland University College. She also has pursued advanced education in IT, e-business, and business operations.


Abhai Johri, Board of Directors

Abhai draws on his technical expertise in biometrics technologies, enterprise architecture, software development, and system integration in leading Integral’s technical and corporate vision and business strategy. He focuses on building and managing Integral’s IT and identity intelligence businesses and on leading complex projects for federal clients. Early in his 30-year IT career, Abhai earned 5 U.S. patents and received the IBM Chairman’s Plateau Award, IBM Outstanding Contribution Awards, and the Bell Labs Project Excellence Award, among other honors. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Abhai received his M.S. degree in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and his B.S. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He has published more than 20 technical papers in international journals, coauthored a book on business innovation, and spoken at various conferences.


Bernard Bailey, Strategic Advisor, Board of Directors

Bernard Bailey serves as Integral’s Strategic Advisor to the Board. Bernard has been a successful executive in the technology and security industries.  He has been the CEO for several companies, including two NASDAQ listed companies and a Carlyle-backed private equity company.  He has served as director to eight publicly-traded companies and presently serves on the boards of Argo Holding Group (NYSE: ARGO) and Telos Corporation (NASDAQ: TLS).  He is also Chairman of Trout Unlimited, and serves as an adjunct professor at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.  Bernard earned his undergraduate degree in engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.  He holds a graduate degree in engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and MBA from The George Washington University.  He also earned his Ph.D. in Management from Case Western Reserve University.
