Renu Johri, President

Renu founded Integral Consulting Services in 1998 and continues to oversee the company’s business and operations. Renu’s leadership has driven the award-winning company through a transformation from an IT recruiting firm to a full-service IT solutions and professional services company specializing in multimodal biometrics, identity intelligence, cybersecurity, and application development. Renu’s entrepreneurial vision guides Integral in its commitment to exceeding expectations, especially in creating custom solutions for clients in the evolving market. Renu earned her M.S. degree from India’s Rohilkhand University and her M.B.A. from the University of Maryland University College. She also has pursued advanced education in IT, e-business, and business operations.


Abhai Johri, Executive Vice President

Abhai draws on his technical expertise in biometrics technologies, enterprise architecture, software development, and system integration in leading Integral’s technical and corporate vision and business strategy. He focuses on building and managing Integral’s IT and identity intelligence businesses and on leading complex projects for federal clients. Early in his 30-year IT career, Abhai earned 5 U.S. patents and received the IBM Chairman’s Plateau Award, IBM Outstanding Contribution Awards, and the Bell Labs Project Excellence Award, among other honors. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Abhai received his M.S. degree in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and his B.S. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He has published more than 20 technical papers in international journals, coauthored a book on business innovation, and spoken at various conferences.


Mary Pearl, Senior Vice President of Intelligence Operations

As Integral’s identity intelligence lead, Mary brings more than 30 years of military and industry expertise in intelligence and defense programming for the Army and Joint Services. As she builds relationships with Integral partners and Department of Defense (DOD) clients and pursues new business with DOD and civilian federal agencies, Mary draws on her experience in developing, directing, and managing operational and strategic plans. In the U.S. Army, she held positions in strategic staff intelligence and program management. Mary also served as chief of staff at the Army’s National Ground Intelligence Center. Mary holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from Siena College and studied for a master’s degree in Human Engineering at the University of Southern California.


Craig Goodman, Senior Vice President of Program Management

Craig leads Integral’s program management office and manages proposal development. With more than 30 years of experience, he captures and oversees IDIQ prime and large single-award contracts, developing and directing strategic business alliances to create high value. Craig has supported clients in DOD, military special operations, the Intelligence Community, and the federal civilian sector, managing a wide range of services. Before joining Integral, Craig retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving eight years in the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and held management roles at Battelle Memorial Institute and Future Technologies Inc. Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College. He is a Certified Scrum Master Professional and PMP, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II certified in Program Management, and DAWIA Level I certified in Business, Cost Estimating, and Financial Management; Production, Quality, and Manufacturing; and Test and Evaluation.


Jimmy Baker, Deputy Program Manager

As deputy program manager, Jimmy works closely with Craig to support Integral’s program management office. He brings more than 30 years of military and corporate professional experience, which includes a nearly 20-year U.S. Air Force career and more than 12 years of Intelligence Community experience. Jimmy holds a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s University. He is also PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.


Clinton Randall IV, Director of Enterprise Systems Management

Clinton is an innovative enterprise IT management professional leading Integral’s HEAT and BMC Services practices. He brings eight years of experience as a senior solutions consultant, developing and managing complex IT service management solutions for companies across several industries. Clinton is a trusted advisor to many of Integral’s direct service management clients, and is building its HEAT and BMC practices by expanding vendor relationships and providing quality solutions to its growing client base. Clinton holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston.


Kim Amster, Senior Director of IT Professional Services

Kim manages Integral’s IT professional services division serving commercial and federal clients. She brings more than 15 years of experience in sales and management across several industries. Before joining Integral, Kim owned and operated an award-winning technology integration firm, where she combined her passion for technology with her desire to exceed client expectations. At Integral, Kim cultivates business with new and existing clients, works diligently to fully understand each client’s specific needs, and endeavors to fulfill those needs with urgency. She received her B.S. degree in Environmental Resource Management from Pennsylvania State University.


Frank Walizer, Director of Business Development

Frank brings more than 30 years of military and corporate expertise in command and control communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I), as well as in defense programming with the Marine Corps and Joint Services. His experience in developing, directing, and managing operational and strategic plans has served him well in his efforts to build relationships with Integral’s partners and DOD clients. Frank’s responsibilities encompass Integral’s work supporting DOD, the Intelligence Community, and other federal agencies. His experience includes leadership roles and strategic C4I and program management staff positions in the Marines and with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff as well as program management and business development roles with SAIC. Frank has a B.S. degree in Political Science and Sociology from Frostburg University, an M.S. degree in Information Technology and Systems Management from Capitol College, and an M.S. degree in Military Studies from the Marine Corps Command and Staff College. He is a Defense Acquisition University certified Joint Staff Officer and Acquisition Officer.


Stacie Lee, Director of Marketing Support and Quality

Stacie is an experienced creative director with more than 16 years in design and art direction. With more than six years of experience in proposal development, SharePoint management, and corporate marketing material designs and creative direction, and more than a decade of experience in web design, online advertisements, multimedia design, proposal graphic design, and user interface design, Stacie combines her high-spirited enthusiasm with demonstrated creativity, ingenuity and focused imagination. She provides capable leadership while fulfilling her responsibilities in designing and developing visual concepts, strategies, and interfaces. She holds a B.S. degree in Fine Arts and studied for a master’s degree in Communication Arts & Design at the Virginia Commonwealth University.


Terrie Ney, Director of Human Resources

Terrie directs Integral’s human resources activities with a commitment to improving company processes and employee services. She is an accomplished and seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources best practices, employment law, employee relations, risk mitigation, benefits administration, management, professional development, and continuous process improvement. Terrie has more than two decades of experience in human resources, and acquired her Professional in Human Resources certification in 2003. Before joining Integral, she spent 16 years supporting two area government contractors specializing in management and technology services and defense weapons systems. Terrie has studied at the College of Southern Maryland, University of Maryland University College, and University of Maryland.


Nancy Allman, Controller

Nancy has 20+ year of progressive accounting experience in both commercial business and government contracting environments.  She has served in a Controller/Manager capacity for the last 15 years.   Nancy  earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC, and is pursuing a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Maryland, University College.

 


Irene Manford, Director of Contracts

Irene has extensive experience in government contract management and administration with large, mid-size and small companies.  Her experience includes contracts, subcontracts, proposals, government property, and program control disciplines in support of all civilian, DHS and DoD customers. Irene holds a MS in Business Management from American University, and is a member of the National Contract Management Association.
