Renu Johri, President

Renu Johri founded Integral Consulting Services in 1998 and continues to oversee the company’s business and operations. Renu’s leadership has driven the award-winning company through a transformation from an IT recruiting firm to a full-service IT solutions and professional services company specializing in multimodal biometrics, identity intelligence, cyber security, and application development. The company has expanded to become certified as an EDWOSB; ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000, ISO 27001; and CMMI Service Level 3. Renu’s entrepreneurial vision guides Integral in its commitment to exceeding expectations, especially in creating custom solutions for clients in the evolving market. Renu earned her M.S. from India’s Rohilkhand University and her M.B.A. from the University of Maryland University College. She has pursued advanced education in IT, eBusiness, and business operations.

Abhai Johri, Executive Vice President

Abhai Johri is responsible for company’s technical and corporate vision and business strategy. Abhai draws on his technical expertise in biometrics technologies, enterprise architecture, software development, and system integration. During his 30-year IT career, Abhai has received numerous awards for technical and management excellence and earned five U.S. patents for computer and network security and complex routing techniques. At Integral, he focuses on building and managing IT and identity intelligence businesses and on leading complex projects for federal clients. Early in his career, Abhai received the IBM Chairman’s Plateau Award, IBM Outstanding Contribution Awards, and Bell Labs Project Excellence Award, among other honors. He worked on a small team that started IBM India, which now has more than 100,000 employees. As IBM India’s General Manager, he established and expanded IBM’s IT professional services business globally. Abhai has published more than 20 technical papers in international journals, coauthored a book on business innovation, and spoken at various conferences. He received his M.S. in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and his B.S. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and is PMP Certified.

Mary Pearl, Senior Vice President of Intelligence Operations

As Integral’s identity intelligence lead, Mary Pearl brings more than 30 years of military and industry expertise in intelligence and defense programming for the Army and Joint Services. As she builds relationships with Integral’s partners and DoD clients, she draws on her experience in planning, directing, and managing operational and strategic plans. Mary pursues Integral’s new-business efforts with DoD and civilian federal agencies. In the U.S. Army, she held positions in strategic staff intelligence and program management. Before joining Integral, Mary served as Chief of Staff at the Army’s National Ground Intelligence Center where she managed all operational program aspects of the center’s $300 million budget to support the General Defense Intelligence Program. She served as program lead for a leadership team that conducted mission analyses; her high-level briefings to the Commanding General of INSCOM, Army G-2, the Army Chief of Staff, and Office of the Secretary of Defense gained mission approval, validation, and increased resources. She led developments in counter-IED/biometrics analysis and oversaw the design and establishment of a portal for the worldwide sharing of information and intelligence on all network domains. Mary holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from Siena College and studied for a master’s degree in Human Engineering at USC.

Craig Goodman, Vice President of Program Management

Craig Goodman leads Integral’s program management office and manages corporate proposal development. He has more than 30 years of experience in project and program management, business development, and capture strategy and management. A seasoned program manager, Craig captures and manages IDIQ prime and large standalone contracts, developing and directing strategic business alliances to create high value. He has supported clients in the DoD, the Special Operations community, the Intelligence Community, and the federal civilian sector, managing a broad base of services. In delivering these services, Craig’s teams have provided actionable intelligence to warfighters; scientific and technical support for intelligence requirements; industrial, information, personnel, and physical security support; and IT infrastructure design and maintenance. Before joining Integral, Craig retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving eight years at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and moved into a role as a senior program manager at Battelle Memorial Institute and as the intelligence business manager for Future Technologies Inc. Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College. He is a Certified Scrum Master Professional and PMP. He is also Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II certified in Program Management and DAWIA Level I certified in Business, Cost Estimating, and Financial Management; Production, Quality, and Manufacturing; and Test and Evaluation.

Jimmy Baker, Deputy Program Manager

As the deputy program manager, Jimmy Baker works closely with Craig, our Vice President of Program Management to support Integral’s program management office. He brings more than 30 years of combined military and corporate professional experience, which includes a full prior U.S. Air Force (USAF) career and over twelve years of Intelligence Community (IC) experience as a program manager, senior staff officer, budget analyst, and acquisitions and procurement analyst contractor. Before joining Integral, Jimmy retired from the USAF, where he served in a variety of leadership, management, and instructor positions, both at home and abroad, with over a dozen overseas deployments. After his military career, he directly supported several IC clients and most recently was a program manager and team leader for SAIC, managing a cutting-edge advanced research contract. Jimmy holds a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s University. He is also PMP certified.

Clinton Randall IV, Director of Enterprise Systems Management

Clinton Randall is an innovative enterprise IT management professional leading Integral’s HEAT and BMC Services practices. He brings years of experience as a senior solutions consultant, managing and developing complex IT service management solutions to solve the business problems of companies across several industries. At Integral, he acts as a trusted advisor to many of the company’s direct service management clients, and works to build the HEAT and BMC practices by expanding vendor relationships and providing quality solutions to Integral’s ever-growing client base. Clinton holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston.

Kim Amster, Director of IT Professional Services

Kim Amster manages IT professional services division serving commercial and federal clients. She brings more than 15 years of experience in sales and management across several industries. Before joining Integral, Kim owned and operated an award-winning technology integration firm in Charlotte, NC, where she applied her passion for technology with her desire to exceed expectations. She has successfully employed her customer-focused approach in several markets, from restaurants, event planning, and fashion to technology and data storage. At Integral, Kim cultivates commercial clients, works diligently to fully understand each client’s specific needs, and works to fulfill those needs with urgency. She received her B.S. degree in Environmental Resource Management from The Pennsylvania State University.

Frank Walizer, Director of Business Development

Frank Walizer brings more than 30 years of military and corporate expertise in command and control communications, computers, and intelligence, as well as in defense programming with the Marine Corps and Joint Services. His experience at planning, directing, and managing operational and strategic plans has served him well in his role of building customer relationships with Integral’s partners and DoD clients. His responsibilities encompass Integral’s business efforts supporting the DoD, IC, and other federal agencies. Frank’s experience includes various leadership roles and strategic staff C4I and program management positions in the Marines and the CJCS. Before joining Integral, Frank was a program manager and business development director for SAIC at Aberdeen Proving Ground where he managed business development efforts relative to the SEC and CERDEC. He has served as program manager for various intelligence programs at DIA, including stand-up of the DJIOC and DIOC, JFCC-ISR, and the JIVA Program. He conducted two independent studies for Counter-Narcotics and assisted in the systems architecture design for the DCGS-A. He led the development of the Biometric Enabled Intelligence (BEI) Initial Capabilities Demonstration and the DOTMLPF documentation for BEI. Frank also served as an advisor to the Defense Science Board for Expeditionary Warfare and oversaw the initial design of the LPD 17 series of Navy ship. Frank has a B.S. degree in Political Science and Sociology from Frostburg University, a M.S. degree in Information Technology and Systems Management from Capitol College, and a M.S. degree in Military Studies from the Marine Corps Command and Staff College. He is a certified Joint Staff Officer and Acquisition Officer from the Defense Acquisition University.

Stacie Lee, Director of Marketing Support and Quality

Stacie Lee is an experienced creative director with more than 16 years of work in design and art direction. With more than 6 years of experience in proposal development, SharePoint management, and corporate marketing material designs and creative direction, and more than a decade of experience in web design, online advertisements, multimedia design, proposal graphic design, and user interface design, Stacie offers her high-spirited enthusiasm with demonstrated ingenuity and focused imagination. A self-motivated artist with an established reputation for creativity, hard work, attention to detail, and integrity of design, Stacie provides capable leadership to the team while fulfilling her responsibility for designing and developing visual concepts, strategies, and interfaces. She holds a B.S. degree in Fine Arts and studied for a master’s degree in Communication Arts & Design at the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.

John Kitchings, Director of Contracts

John Kitchings directs Integral’s contracting function. Applying his technical, operational, and commercial skills and acumen, he creates, executes, and analyzes contracts to maximize the company’s financial and operational performance and minimize its risk. John has 25 years of experience serving in various contract/subcontract roles in the federal, commercial, and international sectors, working for Lockheed Martin, CACI, CSC, and Deloitte. His management background adds value as Integral evaluates a bid opportunity, responds to an invitation to bid, receives a contract award, implements a contract, measures work completed, and computes payments. John holds a B.A. degree in Political Science/Public Administration from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He was admitted in 1988 to the District of Columbia Bar and the Pennsylvania Bar.

Terrie Ney, Director of Human Resources

Terrie Ney directs Integral’s human resources activities with a commitment to improving company processes and employee services. She is an accomplished and seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR best practices, employment law, employee relations, risk mitigation, benefits administration, management, professional development, and continuous process improvement. Terrie has more than two decades of experience in human resources, and acquired her Professional in Human Resources certification in 2003. She has studied at the College of Southern Maryland, University of Maryland University College, and University of Maryland. Before joining Integral, Terrie spent 16 years providing long-term support for two area government contractors who specialize in management and technology services and defense weapons systems.

Janak Thadani, Director of Finance

Janak Thadani manages the Finance & Accounting Department at Integral. He brings 25 years of local and international experience in chief financial officer and controller functions, overseeing day-to-day financial operations, forecasting and budgeting, federal contracting, cost proposals, indirect rate structures, financial analysis, consolidations, treasury management, investments, contracts and legal management, investor relations, and public accounting. Janak is well-versed in generally accepted accounting principles, International Financial Reporting Standards, Cost Accounting Standards, the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and Defense Contract Audit Agency guidelines. His special expertise lies in federal government accounting and procedures, an area where he worked for 20 years. Janak started his career as an external auditor for Ernst & Young and thereafter worked in management positions at ABB (Asea Brown Boveri) and Capgemini. He has a B.S. degree in Finance from Mumbai University, India; is a Chartered Accountant in India; and passed the Georgia CPA exams.
