Integral’s 10 paid holidays for 2017 are listed below. Employees working at a client site should observe the client’s holidays unless an alternate arrangement can be made with the client as an exception. If a client has fewer than 10 fixed holidays, employees can take floating days to total 10 holidays.

Employees are eligible for up to three days of paid leave upon the death of an immediate family member.
As required by law, all employees receive paid time off for jury duty service.
Vacation and Sick Days
Regular full-time employees receive paid time off for combined annual vacation and sick leave based on length of employment. Vacation/sick time accrues in accordance with this schedule:

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Integral offers a 401(k) plan to all eligible employees to contribute tax-deferred income toward their retirement, subject to a maximum annual amount allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan after three months of employment. The company matches 100% of the first 3% of base compensation and an additional 50% of the next 2% of base compensation. Integral uses a graded vesting schedule for the matching contribution: 100% vesting at the end of three years of service. The 401(k) plan is managed by ADP, which offers a variety of investment choices.
Employee Referral Bonus
Integral pays $300 to eligible employees for each referred candidate who stays with the company for at least three consecutive months. (Employees in Human Resources and Recruitment are not eligible for the bonus.)
Other Awards and Bonuses
The Company gives various merit awards and bonuses to employees for exceptional work, project success, and the company’s overall performance.
Integral reimburses eligible employees up to 60% of expenses for professional certification training related to their job and professional growth, up to an annual limit of $2,000. The reimbursement is prorated based on the period of employment for the year. The company pays 100% of the fee for the certification test, if passed and subject to management approval. This benefit cannot be used for courses toward an undergraduate or graduate degree.
The Company pays for parking at the employee work site.
