401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Integral offers a 401(k) Plan to all eligible employees to contribute tax- deferred income toward their retirement. Employees are eligible to participate on the 1st of the month following 3 months of service.
- Integral’s 401 (k) Plan is managed by PNC and offers a diverse range of investment choices
- Integral matches 100% on the first 3.0% of participant’s compensation and an additional 50% on the next 2.0% of participant’s base compensation.
- There is a Graded Vesting Schedule for the matching contribution.
- 0-1 year = 33% vested
- 1-2 years = 66% vested
- 3+ years = 100% vested
Integral offers a total of 10 holidays per year. Employees working at a client site should observe client’s holidays unless an alternate arrangement can be made. If a client has less than 10 fixed holidays, then the employees can take floating additional days to make a total of 10 holidays.

Vacation and Sick Days
Integral provides regular full-time employees paid time-off (PTO) for combined annual vacation and sick leave based on length of employment. PTO is accrued in accordance with the following schedule::

Employees are eligible for up to 3 days of paid leave in the event there is a death in the immediate family.
All employees will be allowed time off to perform such civic service as required by law. Employees on jury duty leave will be paid for their jury duty service.
Employee Referral Bonus
A referral bonus of $300 is paid to eligible employees for each referred candidate, who joins and stays with the Company for at least three (3) consecutive months. Employees in HR and Direct Recruitment are not eligible for these benefits.
Employee Bonus and Awards
Integral gives various merit awards and bonuses to employees for their exceptional performance, project success, and company’s overall performance.
Eligible employees will be reimbursed for up to 70% of expenses toward their professional certification training related to their job and professional growth subject to an annual limit of $1,500. Certification tests are paid at 100% subject to management approval and passing of the test. This benefit cannot be used for courses toward an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
Integral pays for parking fee at the employee work place.
