[Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers IT Service Desk specialists] acted in an exceptionally professional manner on the Hurricane Irma advance team deployed to Douglas, Georgia. They were ready to act on any IT-related issues at a moment’s notice. They would arrive early and stay late without an issue or complaint of any type. Always willing to do anything possible to ensure the staff had the computer and IT assets operating at full capacity. Excellent support during the entire deployment . . . I am not one to go out of my way to give praise; however, these gentlemen cannot get enough praise from me or anyone else.

I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere appreciation for one or your [help desk] staff members . . . If there is something beyond his control, he immediately gets the necessary individuals involved and solves the issues . . . He goes well beyond just doing his job and he always makes you feel like you are the only customer he has. I appreciate being able to call someone who is not only knowledgeable, but who makes you feel like a friend and not a bother.

It is very apparent that you place a tremendous value on the input of your team and they seem to respond with positive results. Over the past couple months while I have pursued my transition from the Military, I have met dozens of people and extensively researched dozens of organizations of varying sizes. By far the most positive experience has been the prospect of joining a team that values its leadership as Integral does. Lastly, thank you for your generosity in patience in developing us as a group, and more importantly on a personal and individual basis.

I would just like to take a moment to commend the fine folks at our help desk. I have worked with many people from the help desk since 2002. I am the training tech for three labs, so there have been plenty of opportunities to interact! The current group of men and women are by far the best that I have worked with. They continue to amaze me. Everyone has been so nice, professional, helpful, and talented! Please pass along my gratitude for all the help, and for going the extra mile.
