Consumer Product Safety Commission’s IT Service Desk Support Services Contract Awarded to Integral

22 August 2018 – Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has awarded Integral Consulting Services, Inc. (Integral) a contract to provide IT Service Desk Support Services. Integral will provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 service desk support services across the agency to full-time employees and contractors. This contract, with a base period of 11 months, requires Integral to support users at CPSC’sBethesda, MD, Rockville, MD, Gaithersburg, MD, and remote locations across a variety of hardware and software disciplines. In addition to Tier-1 and Tier-2 support, Integral will provide an assessment of the CPSC’s overall service management landscape, including tools, processes and procedures.

Integral was awarded the contract in August 2018 after a competitive procurement process that included a presentation of Integral’s corporate capabilities and proposal.
