Integral Awarded DHS Office of Biometric Identity Management Support Contract

June 15, 2016 – Integral has been awarded a contract to provide records and information management support to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM) Program’s Enterprise Service Management Section (ESM). OBIM has responsibility for collecting, maintaining, and sharing information through biometric identification and analysis services for decision makers throughout the homeland security community.

Integral’s team of records management specialists and document configuration management analysts will provide a range of managerial and professional support services relating to consultation, analysis, operations, instruction, and execution of records and information management. Headed by a senior records/information governance and management professional, the team will work to fulfill 11 ESM operational objectives associated with OBIM shared drive cleanup, SharePoint platform site content administration, reduction of the OBIM paper record documentation backlog, and training development and delivery.

The DHS OBIM contract has a one-year base period and a one-year option period.
