Integral Begins Providing Human Resource Processing Support Services to FEMA

September 26, 2016 – Integral has begun executing work under its recently awarded contract to provide human resource (HR) processing support services to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Office of the Chief Component Human Capital Officer within the Department of Homeland Security. The contract has a four-month base period and a three-month option period.

With 14,000 employee records being updated and that require additional processing actions, FEMA contracted with Integral to staff the performance of several functions associated with correcting and providing upkeep of personnel files. Specifically, Integral personnel are to identify and correct or remove inaccurate data in HR systems, and to process all personnel actions. In performing this work, Integral’s team supports two overarching goals and outcomes:

1) Maintenance and enhancement of human resources documents by processing personnel actions while adhering to policies and practices

2) Cleansing of data within FEMA HR systems to ensure accuracy for enhancement of the analysis process

In announcing the contract start, Integral President and Chief Executive Officer Renu Johri said, “As a trusted partner who has supported the Department of Homeland Security since 2005, we appreciate this opportunity to help FEMA enhance its analysis process.”
