Integral to Support INSCOM Resource Management Online Application Used Worldwide

October 05, 2017 – The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) has awarded Integral a task order contract to provide program management, integration, maintenance, development, training, and help desk support for the Resource Management (RM) Online application. The requirement, which was awarded under Integral’s 8(a) STARS II prime contract, has a one-year base and four one-year option periods of performance.

Used for more than a decade by command resource management offices worldwide, RM Online is a government-owned/contractor-operated enterprise intranet application for receiving, distributing, tracking, and reporting financial data, and for manpower and personnel data creation, consolidation, and submission. In particular, RM Online supports the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process, and is fully integrated throughout INSCOM organization levels.

The contract’s major scope areas are systems operation and maintenance, modifications and upgrades, Risk Management Framework-related support and maintenance, help desk functions, and all aspects of user training.

In announcing the award, Integral Executive Vice President Abhai Johri said, “We are pleased that INSCOM has called on us to meet its need for support of RM Online daily operations and maintenance. This most recent INSCOM requirement enables us to build on our more than five years of support to the command in locations around the world.”

Integral is executing two other INSCOM projects – Biometric Intelligence Program Support Services and Chief Information Officer/G-6 Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance Support.
