Feb. 5, 2015 – Integral Consulting Services, Inc. (Integral) has been awarded a prime contract for the Global Intelligence Support Services (GISS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) – Restricted Pool. The GISS IDIQ contract will provide intelligence support services to the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) and the Army and Intelligence Community (IC) mission partners worldwide.

Renu Johri, President of Integral, commented on the award: “We are very pleased to win this award, as it is strategic to continue to expand our support to INSCOM in meeting or exceeding their objectives for the global intelligence mission.”  Integral has been supporting INSCOM for over two years as the prime contractor on a single award IDIQ contract worth up to $49.7 million to provide Biometrics Enabled Intelligence (BEI) and All Source Identity Intelligence (I2) analytical support to the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in the Continental United States (CONUS) as well as Outside CONUS (OCONUS).

GISS is a Multiple-Award IDIQ contract administered by INSCOM and awarded to eleven (11) small businesses.  Its purpose is to establish an enterprise approach for providing competitive, responsive, and comprehensive support services for current and future Army intelligence missions on a global scale. The support services fall within the following areas:  1) Intelligence and Security through collection, analysis, and production of intelligence information; 2) Information Operations; 3) Mission Support Services for management of operations, facilities and logistics, training, and intelligence systems; and 4) Sustainment Services including business functions for program administration, resource management, requirements analysis, and force planning.

The five-year GISS IDIQ includes a competitive pool of small businesses set-aside with a contract ceiling value of $2.16 billion and a competitive pool of large businesses awarded under a full and open competition with a contract ceiling value of $5.04 billion. Integral, a Restricted Pool contract winner, can also participate in the Unrestricted Pool opportunities if teaming as a subcontractor with an Unrestricted Prime Contractor.
