Seasoned Integral Assistant Construction Manager to Support U.S. Coast Guard in Alaska

June 3, 2016 – Integral has been awarded a contract to provide assistant construction manager support services to the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Civil Engineering Unit (CEU) – Juneau in southeast Alaska. Integral will support CEU program objectives by providing design and construction project administration, coordination, and documentation at USCG facilities throughout Alaska. The contract has a base year and two one-year option periods. If the options are exercised, work will continue through May 2019.

After a three-week transition period, Integral’s assistant construction manager will begin work on the Project/Construction Management Team based in Juneau, Alaska’s capital city. He will interface with project design teams at CEU – Juneau and with CEU leadership, while working with construction contractors and other USCG personnel located on job sites. The assistant construction manager will be responsible for individual projects and program-wide management duties, including supporting the entire life cycle of each project—from problem identification through completion of construction.

In announcing the award, Integral President and Chief Executive Officer Renu Johri said, “We look forward to helping CEU – Juneau achieve its mission in the great state of Alaska. With his decades of experience in construction project management, federal government and military contracting procedures, and cold climate construction, our assistant construction manager is well positioned to fulfill the requirements of this contract.”
